Secretary general
Ms Nancy CARIER was appointed Secretary General by Grand-Ducal Decree of 25 July 2023 with effect from 1st September 2023.
The General Secretary attends plenary sessions of the Council in an advisory capacity.
The General Secretary directs and supervises the work of the Council Secretariat.
He draws up the minutes of the plenary sessions of the Council and of the Board meetings, certifies their authenticity and supervises their execution.
