Disciplinary complaints about magistrates
If you believe that a member of the judiciary has acted in the performance of his or her duties in a manner contrary to the principles of professional ethics in legal proceedings concerning you and that this conduct is liable to be classified as disciplinary, you may refer the matter to the National Council for the judiciary
