Grievances and complaints
The law gives citizens the opportunity to refer complaints about the operation of the justice system directly to the Council, or to lodge complaints when they believe that the conduct of a member of the judiciary in the performance of his or her duties constituted a disciplinary offence.
Forms to address grievances or complaints to the Council
These forms are intended to facilitate the filing out and the collection of grievances or complaints with the National Council for the judiciary.
