Nomination proposal

Following the request for the retirement of Mrs Martine SOLOVIEFF as Prosecutor General on 1 February 2025, the National Council for the judiciary has proposed Mr John PETRY, Deputy Prosecutor General, to the Minister for Justice, Mrs Elisabeth MARGUE, as her successor.
