Grievances regarding the functioning of the justice system
If you find that the justice system is not working properly during proceedings, you can submit a complaint to the National Council for the judiciary.
To be admissible, a complaint about the operation of the justice system must contain the following information
- the identity, address and signature of the author
- a summary of the facts and alleged grievances
and
- not relate to the content of a court decision
- not have a purpose that can or could be achieved by the exercise of ordinary or extraordinary legal remedies
- not having already been processed by the Council
